If you would like to receive closing bids via text message and/or email from Frontier Cooperative, please enroll using the link below. This is a free service, and once you register with a password, you will be able to make changes
to your alert preferences at any time. Alerts will be sent with the day's Closing
Bid at 2:30pm. 


My Frontier Business App

At Frontier, we are working to improve how bid information is made available to our patrons. My Frontier Business is an app that lets customers conveniently see account information such as scale tickets, contract listings and balances. The company that offered iView is no longer offering the service. See the My Frontier Business App section above to access much of the same information. Another option is to sign up for online bill pay and E-statements found below and under the Online Bill Pay section on this webpage.

 


E-Statement Sign up

Are you tired of receiving your monthly statement in the mail? We have the option to email you your statement every month. If you would like to be set up for this service, click the "E-Statements Signup" button below and fill out the form. We will not provide your email to outside parties. Your email address is for our internal E-Statement purposes only. Online Bill Pay

We are excited to announce that we now offer a paperless solution to receive your statement and pay your account online. We have teamed up with Bill.com to offer this convenient option. Once you have selected this paperless option and are set up in our system, we will send your monthly detailed statement from Frontier by email, and you will also receive an invoice through Bill.com with your monthly statement balance. Both of these emails will arrive on or close to the first day of the month. The email from Bill.com will provide you with a link to pay your balance using your bank account. Follow that link and enter your bank information to make your payment. If you wish, you also have the option to set up your account to pay automatically each month when your invoice is generated.

When scheduling your payment, bill.com automatically selects the next available business day to start processing. It is important to keep in mind that bill.com recognizes all of the same holidays as any other banking institution. From the scheduled payment date, there is a 3 business day processing delay. It is important to note that scheduling a payment around a bank holiday will delay this processing time. We recommend scheduling payments by the 15th of each month to ensure that it is received by us on or before the 20th of the month to avoid the 5% mid-month service charge for late payments.

Bill.com is completely secure. Firewalls are in place to prevent unauthorized access to servers and all sensitive data is encrypted. Bill.com uses many of the same processes and procedures your local bank uses, including an annual SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type II audit.

Anyone who would like to be set up to take advantage of this service is welcome to do so at no cost to you. ACH Payments Available 

Frontier producers and landlords have the option to receive grain settlement funds directly deposited into a bank account. ACH funds are transferred through the Automated Clearing House network, which is highly secure and much faster than waiting for a paper check to be mailed. There are no fees to participate in this service. Lienholders are required to approve of this payment process. Currently, deferred grain checks are not eligible for ACH but we are working towards a solution and hope to have that option available by January 2024. The Authorization Agreement needs to be completed and returned to Norma Jones at our Elmwood office.
